RG SERVERS

About

RG Servers takes the running of a shop off its owner — the whole working day as one subscription, hosted and supported by us.

Established in 2022, RG Servers started with network work: assessing what was exposed on a business's network and closing it, then making one internet connection serve staff, customers and the counter without them fighting over it.

The work since has become the Retail Ecosystem: the operating side of a shop — buying and receiving goods, holding and moving stock, billing at the counter, keeping the books, and knowing who the customers are — run as one system on one set of records, and delivered as a subscription rather than a project. What a shop buys from us is not a piece of software. It is not having to hold all of that together itself.

Both halves are the same job. A counter that cannot bill because the connection is saturated is as broken as one whose software has a bug, and the shop does not care which of the two it was. We do both so there is nobody to point at.

Leadership

Rishi Gandhi

Founder-Chairman

RG Servers was founded by Rishi Gandhi and is run as a company, not a consultancy of one. Accounts are looked after by the people whose job that is — the engineers who run the platform, and the account team who know your shop.

What has not changed since 2022 is who we build for: businesses that are too big to run on a notebook and too small to be interesting to an enterprise vendor. You are not a rounding error to us, and you do not wait behind larger customers in a queue.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to

  • 01

    We say what we found

An assessment is written down — what is exposed, what we changed, and what we left alone and why. You keep it, and it is readable by whoever comes after us.

  • 02

    New features arrive switched off

An update ships with anything new turned off, so an installation nobody has touched behaves exactly as it did yesterday. That is what makes it safe to update a live shop on a Tuesday afternoon.

  • 03

Nothing is deleted where history points at it

Records are deactivated rather than removed and ledgers are corrected by further entries, so last year's bills still read correctly this year.

  • 04

It works when the internet does not

No page a cashier uses depends on anything outside the building — no third-party script, no external font. A counter that stops because somebody else's server is unreachable is not a counter.

  • 05

    Your data stays yours

Your shop has its own database, not a row in a shared pool. Export the whole of it whenever you want, and point your own AI assistant at it through the MCP server we run — it is your shop's data, and leaving should never mean losing it.

  • 06

We run the infrastructure, so you do not

Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and the security work underneath all of it are part of the subscription. There is no server in your back office to patch, and nobody in your shop whose job quietly becomes IT.

Tell us what is not working

Tell us what your business does and what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit — and if we are not, we will say so.
